Coordinate with regulator (SBP) for timely submission of data/reports.
Coordinate with regulator Law Enforcement Agencies for timely submission of data/reports.
Coordinate with regulator to gain any extension where ever need.
Coordinate with all relevant departments to gather all the data and ensure timely submission of it to relevant agency/regulator.
Prepare MIS of all type of reporting (daily,weekly,monthly, Quarterly) and share it with higher management on regular basis.
Prepare and share TBML cases to all commercial banks.
Gather the responses to all commercial banks and share it to the business side of HBL.
Coordinate with the teams of other commercial banks regarding TBML cases and responses.

• Response to Financial Monitoring Unit and State Bank of Pakistan.
• Response to SECP, NACTA and ACE.
• Response to Other Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Prepare MIS for SBP, FMU and related to other agencies including LEA’s.
• Reviewing documents received from Zones in respect of enquiries made by competent authorities.
• Follow-up with zones regarding enquiry matters.
• Preparing documents / response reply to agencies.
• Escalate information the relevant department and unit with in compliance.
• Liaison with branches, zones and departments for information sharing.
• Perform various task assign by the head and senior management, time to time.

• Interaction with the existing corporate clients and providing solutions for meeting the needs of their employed
workforce.
• Assessment of used cars and bidding of the price based on the state of the cars for acquisition purpose.
• Maintaining the sourcing of used cars to ensure availability of sufficient stock for meeting the needs of the corporate
customers.
• Monitoring competitor’s activities and competitor’s products including the features and prices.
